Section 1

General Terms & Acceptance

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to maintain one active account on the tk6777 platform at any given time. One account per household, per IP address, and per device is the policy.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. tk6777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

Section 5

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on the tk6777 platform — including sports betting markets (cricket, football, kabaddi, hockey), live casino games, slots, and instant games — are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules applicable to individual games or markets are published within the relevant game interface or betting market description.

• Bet acceptance: Bets are not accepted until you receive written confirmation within the platform interface. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the affected bet may be voided at tk6777's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted by tk6777 at any time without prior notice.
• Odds accuracy: tk6777 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that odds and game outcomes are displayed accurately. In cases of manifest error — where odds or game parameters are clearly incorrect — tk6777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• In-play betting: For live cricket and other in-play markets, bets submitted during technical delays, server interruptions, or connectivity outages on the player's side may not be accepted. tk6777 is not liable for bets missed due to the player's own connectivity issues.
• RNG certification: All slot and casino games on tk6777 use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be influenced by the platform or the player.
• Prohibited conduct: The use of automated betting software, bots, exploits, arbitrage strategies specifically designed to abuse platform pricing, or any technique that artificially manipulates game or betting outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• Collusion: Players must not collude with other players or with platform staff in any game or market. Evidence of collusion will result in permanent account closure and full forfeiture of any account balance.

tk6777 publishes return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot and casino games. These figures represent statistical averages over large numbers of rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. All outcomes on the platform are subject to the inherent variance of the games.

Section 6

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are denominated in BDT.

The following general rules apply to all tk6777 bonuses and promotions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the time the bonus offer is presented.

• Right to modify or withdraw: tk6777 reserves the right to modify the terms of any ongoing promotion or to withdraw an offer before it expires, with reasonable notice. Players who have already activated a bonus will not have that bonus retroactively altered except in cases of confirmed abuse.

Section 7

Account Suspension & Closure

tk6777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or during a verification process.
• The account is being used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other form of financial crime.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has otherwise been found to be ineligible to use the platform.
• Multiple accounts are detected linked to the same player, household, device, or IP address.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or use of prohibited automated tools is detected.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or on their behalf.
• tk6777 is required to act by applicable law, regulation, or a direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email and access to withdrawals will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is permanently closed due to a Terms violation, tk6777 reserves the right to void and forfeit any outstanding account balance.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons, responsible gaming purposes, or any other reason — may do so by contacting the tk6777 support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard identity verification procedures.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming Obligations

Intellectual Property

All content on the tk6777 platform — including but not limited to the tk6777 brand name, logo, visual design, layout, written content, game interfaces, software, graphics, icons, and data — is the intellectual property of tk6777 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tk6777 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without express written permission from tk6777.
• Creating derivative works based on the tk6777 platform design, branding, or content.
• Using the tk6777 brand name or logo in any commercial context, marketing material, or third-party website without authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the tk6777 platform software.
• Using automated tools to scrape, index, or systematically extract data from the platform.

Game content made available on the tk6777 platform by third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by tk6777 under licence. Any unauthorised use of third-party game content is a breach of both these Terms and the relevant provider's own licensing agreements.

Section 10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk6777 hereby excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the tk6777 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or account balance as a result of technical errors, platform outages, or maintenance periods.
• Losses arising from your own failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where you were negligent.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bangladeshi banks.
• Losses of any kind arising from connectivity issues, mobile network disruption, browser incompatibility, or device failure on the player's side.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information published on the tk6777 platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk6777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Where tk6777 is found liable for any claim arising out of your use of the platform, the maximum aggregate liability of tk6777 to you for all claims under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your tk6777 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Section 11

Amendments to These Terms

tk6777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via a notice displayed prominently within the platform interface and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on the account.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of your most recent login or most recent transaction is the version applicable to any dispute arising from that interaction. By continuing to use the tk6777 platform following notification of any change to these Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the updated version.

If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Any legitimate outstanding balance will be returned to your verified payment method following standard verification procedures.

Section 12

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tk6777 platform. Players located in Bangladesh agree that any dispute related to their use of the platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures described in this section.

In the event of any dispute between you and tk6777 arising from your use of the platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] or via live chat with a clear written description of your complaint. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to resolve it within five working days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the support team, you may escalate the matter by writing formally to the tk6777 management team at the same email address, clearly marked as a formal complaint. We will provide a final written decision within 14 days of receiving a formal complaint.

tk6777 does not make any specific representations about licensing or regulatory status and does not claim approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body. Players should satisfy themselves as to the legal status of online betting activity in their own jurisdiction before registering. It remains the player's sole responsibility to ensure their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.
